MokaPot Media was founded by two brothers with one mission: to create high-quality multi-media projects at an affordable price.
Ainesh Shintre
Lead Editor / Co-Founder
Ainesh graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and FTVM (Film, Television, and Media). During college, he worked as a Multimedia Coordinator for the Palmer Commons Community Center at the University of Michigan, managing the department’s social media marketing. He worked as a Freelance Video Editor for media production company The Outloud Group based in Detroit, MI, adapting long-form content from YouTube and Twitch creators into short-form verticals and reels.
After graduating, he worked as a Media Assistant for ArtsEngine, creating short documentaries promoting interdisciplinary university projects between the colleges of Engineering, Art & Design, Architecture + Urban Planning, Music, Theatre & Dance, and Information, as well as mentoring new editing hires. He joined Sketch Studios as an Assistant Editor, helping produce blockbuster marketing and advertising for brands across the Midwest.
He currently lives in Los Angeles, working for Blue Puffin Media and mainly servicing the Greater Los Angeles Area, editing short films and social media content.
“One of my earliest memories is watching the first Harry Potter movie in theaters and crying when Hedwig flies away. Film allow us to feel, express, and share in a manner I love and can’t fully express in words. When it comes to my favorite movies, I’d have to say Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Before Sunrise, 28 Years Later, and Kangaroo Jack (if you’re cool you know).”
Animesh Shintre
Lead Photographer & Videographer / Co- Founder
Animesh is currently studying Film and Psychology at Denison University. In high school Ani worked as the lead photographer of his high school paper The Crane Clarion, and spent his time outside of classes and extra curricular activities taking senior portraits and student headshots. He was a summer intern in the marketing department at Lane Automotive, one of the largest suppliers of performance parts and accessories for racers, hot rodders, trucks, and off-road enthusiasts in the country.
“The first short film I made was with my older brother and our pet parrot Sweetie. We unleashed our masterpiece Birdzilla to the world in 2014, and ever since then I’ve been hooked. I would take every chance I had to use a camera, whether it was taking photos for my high school newspaper, taking portraits for seniors, or creating short films with my friends. If I had to pick my favorite movies, I’d have to say Everything Everywhere All At Once, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Kill Bill, and probably Pixar’s Cars.”
